- 添加项目作用说明，包括视觉改造、交互增强、页面体验调整等功能描述
- 新增目录结构详解，涵盖 .github、assets、common、desktop、javascripts 等目录作用
- 添加 locales、scss、screenshots、spec、test 等目录的详细功能说明
- 新增根目录文件作用介绍，包括 about.json、settings.yml、package.json 等配置文件
- 添加关键功能对应关系表格，便于快速定位配色切换、侧边栏按钮、卡片化等功能实现
- 保留原 DEPRECATED 说明，并补充当前仓库的学习参考价值说明

DEV: Deprecate theme, add admin notice ( #190 )

The Horizon theme will soon be installed by default in Discourse, and
all development will be done there. This commit shows a warning for
admins telling them to switch to the new theme.
